Raphael Menkel has been HR Manager at the Berlin office since May 2024.
Before joining RITTERWALD, he gained his first professional experience as a research assistant at a university chair and as a working student at a management consultancy. Here he provided significant support in the development and implementation of HR management. Prior to his studies, Raphael completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in the plastics processing industry.
Raphael Menkel studied economics at the University of Leipzig and business psychology at SRH Riedlingen. He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Business School of the Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Austria).
Raphael loves sport, preferably anything that requires stamina. He enjoys traveling and reads many books from a wide variety of genres.
