Dr. Christina Welsch is a Associate Partner with RITTERWALD. She is an expert in strategy, finance and early crisis identification. Based in Berlin and Hamburg she advises companies focusing on strategic realignment, financial transparency, performance increase and reorganization.
Furthermore she possesses many consulting skills and professional experience in business development and restructuring.
Prior to joining RITTERWALD, she spent more than five years as a Project Manager with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, before she changed to the field of Renewable Energy and worked for more than seven years at the ConergyGroup in Hamburg, initially as Vice President Corporate Business Development and the at last as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the group.
She graduated from the European Business School (ebs) in Oestrich-Winkelwith a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She earned a Ph.D. at theTechnical University of Berlin with a thesis on organizational lethargy and its impact on strategic early identification of business risks. Dr. Christina Welsch studied in Germany, France and US.
