Dr Mathias Hain is the partner responsible for the Berlin office. He specialises in real estate consulting industry and advises companies with a focus on strategic realignment and restructuring, reorganisation and procurement. He has several years of consulting experience in the areas of business valuation and M&A.
Dr Mathias Hain is Managing Partner of HYSTAKE Investment Partners, the platform founded in 2023 to advise the real estate sector on the optimal long-term allocation of capital.
Dr Mathias Hain holds a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel with a focus on finance and management. He completed his doctorate on the performance of housing companies at the European University Frankfurt (Oder). He hast spent several years studying and working in the USA, England, France and Germany.
