Dr Stefan Gloßner is an Associate Partner at RITTERWALD. He has around 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in portfolio and fund management for real estate companies offering products across different client groups, asset classes, risk profiles and geographic regions. Before joining RITTERWALD, he held senior management positions, including roles at PATRIZIA SE and, until 2025, as Global Head of Fund Management at Real I.S. AG.
Dr Stefan Gloßner holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and studied at the University of Regensburg and University College Dublin. He completed his doctorate at the IREBS International Real Estate Business School in Regensburg under Prof Dr Stephan Bone-Winkel.
In his free time, Stefan is well and most happily occupied by his children. He also enjoys a wide range of sports, including jogging, swimming, and playing golf, badminton and squash. To balance out the calories, he loves cooking for friends and family and can be found at one of his barbecues – summer and winter alike.
