Working Student
Darvin Hassan works with us to advance a more sustainable European real estate industry.

Since April 2026, Darvin Hassan is a working student at RITTERWALD in Berlin.

Prior to this, he completed internships at RITTERWALD in the areas of sustainability and strategy, as well as at a boutique consultancy in the finance and compliance sector in Frankfurt. As a research assistant in business psychology, he deepened his insights into team and leadership research. During his studies, Darvin was actively involved in university governance, supported children with refugee experience as a learning mentor, and worked as a student consultant. He is currently a board member of the national association of psychology students in Germany.

Darvin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Trier and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin, with a focus on Work, Organisation and Health. As part of his studies, he spent a semester abroad in Milan.

Football, basketball, judo or jogging: In his spare time, you can find Darvin doing anything to do with sport. When he’s in the mood for peace and quiet, he likes to spend time at the chessboard.
