Christopher Gehlmann is a Senior Consultant at RITTERWALD and works from the Frankfurt and Berlin offices.
Before joining RITTERWALD, Christopher spent four years as a Fund Manager at Real I.S. AG in Munich. There, he was responsible for managing institutional real estate funds with a total volume of more than EUR 1 billion and diversified portfolios spanning the residential, office, retail and hotel sectors. In this role, he oversaw real estate investments in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and Ireland. His areas of expertise included portfolio and fund management, performance and liquidity management, as well as financial analysis. He also supported acquisition and disposal processes and was responsible for liaising with institutional investors.
Christopher began his career with an apprenticeship as a banker at Volksbank Westmünsterland before studying Real Estate at EBZ Business School in Bochum.
