Lutz Rittig is the partner responsible for the Frankfurt office. He advises clients across all industries on M&A, corporate finance, business planning, business valuation and controlling. He has many years of experience in advising companies on restructuring and strategic realignment.
Lutz Rittig is Managing Partner of HYSTAKE Investment Partners, the platform founded in 2023 to advise the real estate sector on optimal long-term capital allocation.
Prior to founding RITTERWALD, Lutz Rittig spent more than ten years with Goldman Sachs, RAG Group and November Capital. Based in Germany and the UK, he also worked on projects in Australia, France, China and the US.
Lutz Rittig holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth with a focus on Auditing, Business Taxation as well as Marketing.
