Carlotta Selter has been an intern with the Berlin team at RITTERWALD since May 2026.
Prior to joining RITTERWALD, she gained practical experience at EY in Audit & Assurance, as well as at a venture capital fund in Berlin specialising in climate tech, where she developed insights into financial analysis, company valuations, and investment processes.
Carlotta Selter studied Business Administration at the University of Münster. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Malta. Alongside her studies, she volunteered at the Symposium Oeconomicum Münster, where she focused on ESG issues and marketing.
In her free time, Carlotta enjoys travelling and loves cooking for friends and family. She is also passionate about singing.
