Stefanie Koch is a Principal at RITTERWALD’s Berlin office with extensive consulting experience in the real estate industry. Before joining RITTERWALD in 2023, Stefanie Koch worked for a large property group for 23 years. As Managing Director, she was responsible for the strategic development of the company as well as for personnel management and development.
Stefanie Koch trained as a business woman in the real estate and housing industry and continued her education while working to become a real estate economist (DIA) and a certified real estate specialist (IHK).
In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A passionate hostess, she loves wine and enjoys the culinary delights of Berlin and South Tyrol.
