Ritterwald successfully advises MVGM on acquisition
PropertyFirst currently is a subsidiary of RGM Holding GmbH and specialises on providing technical and commercial property management services. The current portfolio of PropertyFirst contains approx. 3m sqm rental space as well as numerous apartments and homeowner associations (WEG). At 12 offices all over Germany, PropertyFirst has a staff of 90 employees.
Thanks to the acquisition of PropertyFirst, MVGM expands its growth to the German property management market. The preferred partnership with RGM further enables MVGM to improve the services for its Dutch and German customers.
RITTERWALD has prepared and structured the transaction and commercially advised MVGM during due diligence and negotiations as well as with the business model.
