Lutz Rittig Guest Lecturer at the State Academy of Studies in Glauchau
Prof. Dr. Renate Luderer, head of the banking department (banking and bank management), was delighted that Lutz Rittig supported the Glauchau State Academy of Studies as a guest lecturer on the topics of company valuation and M&A (mergers & acquisitions) again.
"Our Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) program was designed to combine theory and practice with current challenges from the first semester onwards. In this respect, we are dependent on the support of companies which, as practical partners, make their knowledge and experience available to the students," said Prof. Dr. Renate Luderer.
Lutz Rittig shared this view: "I am very pleased to be able to support the students and the Staatliche Studienakademie Glauchau again. The course has workshop-character and should give the students a practical and realistic insight into the activities and responsibilities of a management consultancy. Lutz Rittig gave a lecture on the topic of Corporate Finance - Company Valuation and M&A as part of a series of events hosted by Thomas Koch, Branch Manager Corporate Customers Commerzbank AG in Essen. The lecture participants were informed about the challenges that arise when advising on M&A projects. A particular focus was on the area of company valuation and digitization.
