RITTERWALD assists MVGM in acquisition of property manager VIVANIUM

The international real estate management company MVGM, one of the five largest providers in Europe, has acquired the Mannheim-based property manager VIVANIUM.
The step marks a significant expansion in MVGM’s property management activities in Germany. MVGM already manages around 7 million square meters of commercial real estate in Germany. The acquisition of VIVANIUM will add a further 2.2 million of commercial property and over 13,500 residential units to the portfolio.
RITTERWALD provided expert support to MVGM in the transaction, ranging from financial due diligence to creating a business plan for the group and valuing the acquisition target.
