New Associate Partners at RITTERWALD
Dr. Christina Welsch and Sören Solzin are new Associate Partners since August 1, 2020 – Matthias Kaboth to switch to the client side effective August 17, 2020.
Two new Associate Partners were appointed as of August 2020. “We are delighted to continue our working relationship with Dr. Christina Welsch at Partner level starting in August 2020,” says Dr. Mathias Hain. “In the person of Sören Solzin, we have gained an experienced top management consultant as an Associate Partner for our company. Professionally and personally, we are going to miss our colleague and Associate Partner Matthias Kaboth.”

Dr. Christina Welsch has been a Principal at RITTERWALD since 2017. She advises housing and energy companies on strategy, reorganization, financial transparency and the development of new business models. Prior to joining RITTERWALD, she worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and the international solar conglomerate Conergy, later working as Chief Financial Officer of the Conergy Group in her final years at the company.
Sören Solzin is new at RITTERWALD. He brings with him roughly 20 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development and finance. Over the course of his career, he has helped oversee company-wide transformation and operating performance enhancement projects at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and in senior management positions in the industrial sector, most recently as Vice President Finance at AUTO1 Group.
Matthias Kaboth will be leaving RITTERWALD to join a Berlin-based residential property management company after many years as a member of the team. As part of his work advising municipal and listed housing companies, he has played a leading role in helping RITTERWALD become a boutique consultancy firm in the German real estate sector and in shaping its corporate culture.
