RITTERWALD Strengthens its European Presence
RITTERWALD acquired 100% of the shares in EFL Expertise BV as of August 1, 2019. The new company was renamed RITTERWALD Consulting BV.
RITTERWALD's aim with this acquisition is to be in a position to provide its clients with even more dedicated support in identifying innovative solutions. Consulting projects for the European real estate sector are the main parts of the company's work with a focus on strategy, urban development, financing and digitalization.
Managing Directors Dr. Mathias Hain and Lutz Rittig are delighted that RITTERWALD is reinforcing its business involvement beyond Germany's borders: "The real estate sector is a major area where the importance of cross-border advisory within Europe is growing strongly," says Dr. Mathias Hain. Lutz Rittig shares this view: "The need for pan-European projects and for cooperation on benchmark data is rising. We're thrilled that our ownership of RITTERWALD Consulting BV now gives us an excellent and flexible platform for pan-European solutions such as the introduction of a single European Certified Sustainable Housing Label."
RITTERWALD is member of the European EFL Expertise network since September 2017 and managed the company as a joint venture with Dr. KLEIN Firmenkunden AG and the European Federation for Living (EFL EESV) headquartered in the Netherlands. In the past two years they have been able to deliver numerous projects for international clients in Belgium, Germany, the UK, France and the Netherlands.
