Dr. Mathias Hain Speaks at the BBA Conference in Berlin
The Berlin Brandenburg Academy for the Housing and Real Estate Industry (BBA) invited delegates to Berlin to attend their conference on “Residential Real Estate Companies and Submetering – Possibilities and Limitations in the Implementation of Submetering”. The conference focused on the development of service models in energy-related fields. The discussion centered on the opportunities, benefits and risks for residential real estate companies in establishing their own submetering operations, and compared these against the option of optimizing the procurement of submetering services as an alternative.
Dr. Mathias Hain was an invited speaker.
