RITTERWALD sets the foundation for the partnership between Alpha-Service and PHM Deutschland.
As part of its growth strategy in Germany, the PHM Group is continuing to expand its presence in southern Germany. RITTERWALD identified the Alpha-Service Group as a suitable partner and facilitated the initial stages of the collaboration with PHM Germany.
“We are delighted to once again be supporting PHM Deutschland in its growth strategy in Germany. In Alpha-Service, PHM is gaining a company with a strong regional market position and a high level of operational expertise. This collaboration demonstrates once again how important a shared understanding of quality, entrepreneurship and long-term partnership is for successful mergers.”
With the addition of Alpha-Service, PHM Germany is further strengthening its market presence in the fast-growing Munich region. The company is now the fifth PHM partner in Bavaria and adds to the existing network an established facility management service provider with a broad range of services and a long-standing customer base.
“RITTERWALD’s collaborative approach based on trust and its extensive network within the property sector provide real added value when it comes to identifying suitable partner companies.”
