Peabody again awarded the Certified Sustainable Housing Label
London based 100,000+ housing association Peabody demonstrated excellent credentials again in the 2022 Annual Review of RITTERWALD’s Certified Sustainable Housing Label. This is extraordinary because for the first time RITTERWALD did certify the merged company (last year with Catalyst) and the bar has been raised, particularly on the environmental dimension.
Peabody is consistently improving itself. This result deserves extra credits, because of the updated ESG Criteria Catalogue aligned with global disclosure frameworks and reporting standards and of course with the UK Sustainability Reporting Standard.
