At the invitation of the National Housing Federation experts from economics and science met for two days in London`s Business Design Centre. The focus was on the exchange of experience on the impact of current change processes in the context of progressive digitization on the housing industry. At the first day Dr. Mathias Hain gave a lecture on current trends concerning the development of new business models in Germany. His presentation „New Operating Models – Trends in the German Housing Market“ contains considerations on the issues:
