BBA Masterclass on Establishing Submetering in Residential Real Estate Companies
The Berlin Brandenburg Academy for the Housing and Real Estate Industry (BBA) invited specialists and executives from residential real estate companies to Berlin’s Capital Club on July 14 to present an overview of how residential real estate companies can establish submetering services. The masterclass dealt with organization, processes and profitability aspects.
Experts and others from the industry discussed the main considerations for a residential real estate company to look out for when establishing submetering.
Dr. Mathias Hain spoke about the costs & profitability of establishing submetering services and explained how organizational, technical and economic aspects fit together using a real-life example.
