ESG rapportages door woningcorporaties
Praktijkervaringen van sector-specifieke ESG rapportage standaard in UK
On December 11, 2024, De Vernieuwde Stad (platform of 26 large and medium sized housing associations in the Netherlands) and Aedes (voice of Dutch housing associations) launched the ESG model reporting.
At this event, RITTERWALD’s Ad Hereijgers shared his experiences with the sector-specific ESG reporting standard in the United Kingdom (SRS).
To support the Dutch housing association in starting to prepare their ESG reports, RITTERWALD has prepared a working document ESG rapportages door woningcorporaties. It shows the relevance of ESG reporting by Dutch housing associations in the national and EU context.
In dit werkdocument worden de praktijkervaringen van RITTERWALD met de (door)ontwikkeling en implementatie van de SRS in de UK beschreven. Daarbij wordt de actuele relevantie van ESG voor de Nederlandse woningcorporaties geduid. Tevens worden op basis van 5 jaar ervaring enkele handreikingen gedaan aan de woningcorporaties die via De Vernieuwde Stad en Aedes recent hun eerste gezamenlijke ESG modelrapportage hebben gepresenteerd.
