Andrei Novikov is a Consultant with RITTERWALD in Frankfurt am Main. Before joining in 2023, he worked for Clearwater International, Saxenhammer & Co. and Edelweiss Corporate Finance. He gained experience in corporate transactions, acquisition finance and capital raising.
Andrei Novikov graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance.
In his free time, Andrei does a lot of sports — in winter he snowboards, in summer you can meet him on the basketball court. He enjoys reading non-fiction books about start-ups and productivity.
