Intern Strategic Management Consulting (m/f/d)

Sustainability, energy transition, digitization - You are curious about the big issues and want to learn from our experts? Then work with us as an intern at our offices in Berlin and Amsterdam to support our clients. In the office as well as at our client’s offices, you will help us to leverage potential along their entire value chain and advise them on their investment decisions, M&A projects and financing solutions.

We are an agile boutique consultancy with offices in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Amsterdam and London. Since our founding in 2011, we have specialized in advising the real estate industry and thus know the industry and its players, its potential and its challenges like no other consultancy in Germany.

Your tasks
  • Industry trends & future-oriented topics - You will research industry trends as well as current and future-oriented topics such as growth, digitalization, sustainability and climate change.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market - You will support us with updated market analyses and benchmarking for the best-in-class performance of our customers.
  • Business and liquidity planning - You will work with colleagues on business and liquidity planning, cost-, revenue- and process- analyses.
  • Articles & studies - You will collaborate on articles and studies and prepare content for our social media channels.
  • Teamwork - You will work in small teams, accompany us to client meetings and participate in internal and external workshops.
Your profile
  • Time - 6 months (minimum 3 months)
  • Bachelor - Ideally you have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree - all disciplines are welcome.
  • Work experience - Initial practical experience is helpful, preferably in a consulting related field (strategy consulting, investment banking, auditing, mergers and acquisitions) or the real estate industry.
  • Analytical thinking - If you have strong analytical skills, are quick to learn and have strong problem-solving abilities, you are the right person for us.
  • Social interest - You are interested in socially relevant topics and innovations (sustainability, digital transformation, smart city) as well as topics in the housing industry (energy-efficient real estate, innovations in the real estate sector).
  • Personality - We are looking for colleagues who are authentic, open team players, who are motivated, committed and flexible in working with us.
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, for the Amsterdam location additional Dutch language skills are very welcome
  • German resp. Dutch work permit
