Martin Hümpfner is a Senior Consultant at RITTERWALD in Berlin. His main areas of expertise include the conception of new business fields, the development of corporate strategies as well as organisational development and reorganisation. He also has extensive expertise in the optimisation and digitalisation of business processes.
Before joining RITTERWALD in 2016, Martin Hümpfner completed several internships in architectural firms and the construction industry and gained experience in the areas of real estate funds and asset management at a management consultancy. He holds a degree in Engineering from the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden. He holds a Masters Degree in Management from the Bauhaus University in Weimar, specialising in Construction, Real Estate and Infrastructure.
